New Tricks Up His Sleeve.....

I guess when you have three older siblings you are bound to learn new things.....some good and some bad. Right now Rhett is picking up on the bad things. One of his newest things is when you pick him up to remove him from a situation that he is not supposed to be in......(climbing the back of the furniture to get up into the window sill)....He will scream "Ow, Ow, Ow, OWIE!!!!" at you.

Seriously. He is two, and according to some people he is not supposed to go anywhere in life, and shouldn't even be here. Now you tell me how this two year old doesn't even deserve to be here, and why he should be labeled a "ret***." Because if you ask me, I think he is pretty damn smart and funny.

He can name every sesame street character, he hollers "Gung Bob!!!" whenever Spongebob comes on, and he tells you what he wants to watch on TV. Last night on the travel channel we were watching Most Extreme Waterparks, and he looked at me and said. "Ook, Whim..(swim)..Me, Whim?" I am telling you this kid is amazing.

I am so proud that he is my little boy. I am so proud of my other kids teaching him things, even if it is naughty tricks. That still means that he is learning, and he is thriving. What more could I possibly ask for?

Now on to my other business about me being a total SLACKER....Andy has been bugging me that this needs to be done, and since my brain cells are long gone, I keep forgetting.

We need to announce the winners from the people who donated to Rhett's medical fund in July!!

First of all Christina won the cute blanket that Tonya donated.....

And the grand prize winner who won Andy's Buffalo....Is Sheila!!!

These were chosen using Random.org, and I am super excited for you guys to get your stuff. I am not sure if you have blogs, but if you do, let me know.

I know the Buffalo is in the mail, and I am sure that the blanket will be soon too!!

Thank you to everyone who has donated to us. It has helped more than words can say. We are so grateful and humbled by all of this. Thank you so much. We love each and everyone of you more than words can say, and Rhett thanks you from the very bottom of his heart.

Pam,

I'm so glad to see everything is going well. I'm not sure if you got my comment a couple of weeks ago but if you could e-mail me your address at Studio213_kc@sbcglobal.net I have $120.00 to send your family from my raffle. I hope it helps out. We have one very happy customer that won a facial, massage, manicure and pedicure in honor of helping Rhett out.

Take care,

Kaci

"The Buffalo is in the mail." Not something you read everyday, is it?!

Yup, our kids are fabulous (and yours are adorable on that TV clip!). Sofia's latest is yelling "MINE" whenever anyone takes something from her (whether or not it really is hers...).

Hugs,
f.

That is hilarious...I guess until it happens when you are out in public ; ). Children are amazing and I don't feel anyone has a right to say what a child's potential can or will be.
Thinking about you guys, always.

I can't imagine anyone saying that he isn't going to go anywhere in life, or that he shouldn't be here. He is a child, a person, just like everyone else. You will never know where someone is going to go in life, until they've already been there.

Hi Pam, Andy and the whole Bird Flock! This is Sheila, the Buffalo Winner! I am so excited and thanks bunches. It arrived safely on Monday. And I do have a blog, though I've haven't updated in quite a while. But here it is: www.notablypink.blogspot.com

Hope to see you there!
