Thank You

Over the last three years we have been super blessed. We have been blessed to have amazing friends who truly care about us, and would do anything for us. We are blessed to have family who is there to help when we are in the hospital with Rhett, and who will take a few loads of laundry here and there to lighten my load.

But the thing that amazes me the most is the kindness that come from complete strangers. Those that have offered there support be it through prayers, financial contributions, gas cards, or just a small gift to Rhett, one of the kids, or me. I got one of those gifts this week in the mail from someone who reads our blog. She said it wasn't much. But to me it was. It was a gift so that I could do something for me. That meant everything and I appreciated it so much.

I appreciate our online family more than you can ever know. You have been there for us through thick and thin, and in our darkest hours. You all have lifted us up through prayer, and honestly, I don't think I could have done it without you.

Anyone who has sent us clothes for Rhett, know that we are so thankful. More than words can say. I don't have to worry about washing every single day now. Hand me downs are my most favorite things in the world. You three ladies know who you are, and let me just tell you how much we love you and your sweet families.

To those of you who have sent feeding and O2 supplies, THANK YOU. It has been so hard making the choice as whether to pay the house payment or get medical supplies. Of course the supplies come first, and they always will, but the stuff you have sent us has eased a major part of that burden. I know I haven't thanked each one of you individually, and know that the biggest reason is because Rhett deleted half of my emails that I didn't have into contacts yet and so I lost a bunch of emails.

Aimee, thank you so much for the bag of clothes for Hunter. He loves them and was super tickled that someone thought of him.

Thank you to our special family that helped...no provided Rhett's birthday for us. We are so happy we got to meet you, and look forward to being able to do things with you guys in the future. You hold a very special place in our hearts, as does your little J.

I am just full of so much gratitude tonight, and I just want to let you all know how much we love you. I am sorry if I missed anyone, but know that we think of all of you, and pray for those that struggle, and those that are just here to stand by us.

Okay that's it, sorry for going all mushy on ya. Just know we love you!!

Hi-It was so good to read your comment on my blog and 'meet you' (so to speak). I love meeting parents of children with Down's. It's a new world I am so thankful to be in and am so greatful for all my new friends. I love your blog and site, all the great things it has on it. I'd like to say more, but don't want to leave it on a 'comment'...my email address is mtherklesen@yahoo.com. I'd love to hear from you. Your kids are beautiful...all of them!

I love the new signature & the header, but wanted to let you know you misspelled "hypertension" as "hypertesnion".

You're so sweet! Tell Hunter that there will probably be more to come once my sister gets Garrett's drawers all cleaned out. I am glad that he liked them!

I think that is wonderful. I just gave a friend of mine two huge boxes of clothes to help her out with her boys and it was priceless. It is the little gestures that people do that really make us feel wonderful. I'm glad you had a blessed day. You so deserve it.

Love you guys!
