Why is it.......
That kids learn and understand the not so good words better than the ones you want them to learn. Rhett's favorite word right now is "cuh cuh." Then of course he has to add the "pthbthhhhhh" at the end as he pretends to spit out whatever it is that should not be in his mouth. Can ya guess what naughty thing he does all day long?
Yup anything he can find, goes in his mouth.......and then some. It has made for some interesting diapers. He has become really licky too. It is not uncommon in our house to be sitting on the couch watching TV only to get rewarded with a big ol' lick on the arm, leg, or toes.
Gosh I love this kid.

William went through a licking stage too. Might have had something to do with Sarah pretending she was a puppy & he copied her. Ahhhh... kids!
Hey keep him saying cuh cuh as Tarenne is working on this in Speech. :) I love it!
When Gabi was younger, she used to swallow her barrettes and we would find them in her diaper. We even had her xrayed once because she swallowed one and we never found it in her stools. We were afraid it got stuck, but never found it on xray either...hmmmm...
Tristan is a big floor snacker too. LOL He has outgrown the licking now but when he is sad and I hug him and comfort him he likes to put his tongue on my neck awww sweetness.
