Job Anyone?

Looking for a job for Andy. I have put out about 50 thousand resumes today. Still in my pajamas, and have bed head. I think I fed Rhett.......I think........

Just kidding, It's not hard to hook him up in front of Signing Time and give him his bolous feed over an hour. Who ever invented DVD's that restart on their own needs a big fat kiss from me.

I wish so bad that I could take some of the stress off of Andy and go out into the working world myself. I have looked at so many things I could do at home, but it seems like all of them are scams, or you have to pay money to get into them. Anything that wants me to pay before they pay me can just kiss my butt.

Some days I really miss working. I think that when Rhett is healthy enough to go to school I will try to go to school to become a Medical Assistant. I don't really feel like the whole RN is for me right now, but I would like to make a difference somehow. I loved my job managing the video store, but that was very stressful knowing that if someone didn't have to show up for their shift I had to be there.

It would be so nice to be back in the position where we were before all of this happened. Both Andy and I working, able to live comfortably without being pay check to pay check, and actually having insurance to pay for medical bills.

I am really trying to talk Andy into moving to a different state where we would get better benefits, but I don't know if now is the time to do it. There is no way that we would qualify for a loan on a house with all of our medical bills that are in collections, we are barely making the house payment that we have right now.

Andy just needs some type of a job that is steady income, and that has some good benefits.

I must say though, that I am glad with the economy being the way it is, that we have cashed our all of our stocks and 401K's to pay for bills and for the times that Andy was out of work. Maybe we can start over once the economy recovers......oh how I long for the day of having a bit of savings to rely on.

Can you belive Christmas is only 73 days away? That's like 5 pay checks away. Guess what's not going to happen at our house this year. I shouldn't worry, something always happens and we come out on top no matter what the situation, but for once it would be really nice to be the one paying it forward and helping someone else out instead of always being the one who needs help.

I am always trying to find a way to pay it forward in small ways, but I want to do it in a big way. I just haven't figured out how to do that yet.

So if you know of any jobs that have a steady income, pay at least 12.00 an hour, let us know. You can even email me @ mom2rhett@hotmail.com We are getting desperate for some type of relief here.

Oh, and while you're at it, wanna borrow a 3 yr old weapon of mass destruction for a while? My house looks like someone barfed up toys in every room that he has been in.
I shouldn't complain, at least he feels well enough to be a weapon again!!

Ho Ho Ho,
Greeting from the North Pole to Dakota, Hunter, Chloee and Rhett. I wanted to share with all of you just how EXCITED Mrs. Claus, the elves and I were when we found this wonderful page.
It sure looks like you have a GREAT family.
We are very very busy here at the North Pole but we also take time out each day to have some fun. Today the elves were able to go sledding and the reindeer played a game of kick-ball out in the field in front of the Reindeer Barn.
I am headed to the Reindeer Barn to feed the reindeer. We also have out two newest reindeer (they are only 1 year old) Twinkles and Jingles. Please make sure you stop by the forum and send me lots of messages. Mrs, Claus and I read them to the elves each night.
Thanks for being our friends.
Love
Santa

Okay, I have 4 year old & a 2 year old weapons of mass destruction... wanna trade?! (lol)

As for the job, has Andy ever looked into driving truck? The schedule stinks sometimes, but the money isn't bad - just a thought. Maybe even for someone like UPS or FedEx? Hope something comes up soon!

You can move to Kansas City and I can put you to work. Between the 4 salons, I can keep you really busy.

Otherwise I will pray for Andy to get a really great job.

Fed Ex is actually in the process is eliminating positions right now. People are getting laid off. So Fed Ex isn't a good option right now. Not sure about UPS?

Another in Kansas City. Missouri does great with Medicaid. and I can't emphasize enough how much being near seal level helps pulmonary Hypertension. Wesley's is resolved because we moved here!!!!

Don't move to Texas, Florida, Kansas Ain't so great, Illinois. those are the ones I can think off of the bat whose medicaid system stinks.

And Nevada has no children's hospital. medicaid is decent there, but the travel is a PITA

Oh and out here in KC the houses are CHEAP!!!!
