Rhett's first gummy worm
I was feeding Rhett his dinner tonight, and I was eating sour gummy worms. He kept eying them and saying more when I was putting them in my mouth, so I let him have a taste.....not until I had my camera of course, this was his reaction.....
Too cute Huh? I sure like all of the little moments we share together. I think with my other kids I took these for granted. It's sad that I takes almost loosing a child to realize the important things. I make sure I don't forget about the little things anymore, with ALL of my kids!

I agree...it's hard to explain, isn't it? It's not like I didn't appreciate my other kids, but it wasn't in the same way. It's like this: seeing the beauty in Avery's life makes me more sensitive to the beauty in all of our lives.
I'm making the sour face looking at the picture! I haven't had a sour gummi in such a long time... maybe I'll buy some the next time I'm at the store :)
